John Bates has over 20 years experience in the HVAC industry, graduating from Henry Abbott Technical Highschool in Danbury CT in 2007. John continued his career in the HVAC industry and was fortunate enough to gain experience in many different aspects of the industry including Service, Maintenance, Installation, Design, Project Sales/Management and Department Management. In 2022 John took all the knowledge he had gained over an extensive career and opened Bates Heating and Cooling as an owner/operator. In his free time John enjoys Golfing, Camping, Traveling, Hiking and Spending time with his wife and 3 children. John also enjoys both coaching and watching football and has been a lifelong NY Jets fan.
